In 2024, we realized a painful truth: real estate returns are locked behind ₹10L+ barriers. Only 5% of Indians can participate in property investment.

Salary workers - the backbone of India's economy - are excluded from wealth-building opportunities. They're stuck with FD returns of 6-7% when land in Tier-2 cities appreciates 40-50% in 5 years.

We decided to change this.
